Arcsoft Panorama Maker pro is my choice of software for stitching photos together. It is easy to use, reliable and relatively inexpensive. It even has a browser which will find panoramas you never new you had.

Frame Express are a very efficient way of framing photographs. They make standard sized frames or bespoke sizes - just about anything you want. They use polycarbonate insread of glass but you won't know the difference apart from the weight.
JALBUM is a free application I used to create the Gallery pages. It comes in many forms (skins). Jalbum also offer free hosting, up to 30mb with your own URL but no domain names.
Fredmiranda.com offers great software at very reasonable prices. The software is generally actions or plugins for Photoshop software. I use several of them.
